01 — How the website is funded
Display advertising
GymFixFinder is designed to generate revenue through display advertising. Advertising may appear in designated areas of the website.
Advertising helps support the research, maintenance and operation of the directory.
Advertising spaces may be reserved in the website layout even when no advertisements are currently displayed.
02 — Editorial independence
Advertising does not determine directory listings
Company listings are researched using each company's own published information. Equipment types, brands, customer types, service areas and published fees are recorded according to their supporting sources.
Advertising does not determine:
- Whether a company qualifies for a listing.
- Which equipment categories include a company.
- Which brands appear in a company's record.
- How published service areas are represented.
- Whether a company appears higher in a directory.
- How company information is verified.
GymFixFinder does not sell company rankings or promise favorable directory placement in exchange for payment.
03 — Advertisements and companies
Advertising is separate from directory research
An advertisement appearing on GymFixFinder is not an endorsement or verification of the advertiser's services.
Similarly, a company appearing in the directory is not necessarily an advertiser.
Visitors should independently evaluate repair companies and confirm service qualifications, equipment compatibility, pricing and applicable terms.
04 — No affiliate recommendations
Display advertising only
GymFixFinder does not use affiliate links or product recommendations.
The website's monetization model is limited to display advertising. Directory information is not presented as a product endorsement or purchasing recommendation.
05 — Third-party advertising
Advertising providers
If third-party advertising services are introduced, those providers may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver and measure advertisements, subject to their own policies and applicable requirements.
GymFixFinder does not control the privacy practices of third-party advertising providers.
For information about submitted information and website privacy practices, read our Privacy Policy.
06 — Independent research
Our directory standards
GymFixFinder is an independent directory built from each company's own published information, checked on the date shown.
Published diagnostic and service-call fees are attributed to their sources. Fees that companies do not publish are not replaced with estimated figures.
Advertising does not change these research and publication standards.
